States should ignore it. They get to decide their voter laws and this is not unreasonable by any means. 6 years of no voting action is not unreasonable.
There is no constitutional requirements to keep people on voter roles forever. Nowhere specified. Because sftes determine their voting rules and laws.
When there are so many traitors in the judiciary such rulings are to be expected.
