I wish that were true. The only way a lawsuit would be successful is if that woman had said she refused to sit next to two hateful, bigoted, discriminating, middle-eastern men. Then the men would have launched a discrimination suit and won. As it is, she is a white woman, displaced by two “asian” or “middle eastern” men who were just exercising their “cultural rights”. She is white, and Christian, and therefore she automatically loses.

I do not fly anymore either. Not only for all the reasons you posted but because I can’t stand being felt up by TSA agents because they can’t find my nonexistent breasts due to mastectomies or because they steal me blind every time. Sitting too close to bad breath, underarm odor, unclean other areas is gagging at best. And the service is awful. Nuts. I drive and love it!
