On Oct 4, 2016, it was reported that Benjamin Taylor, of Cottageville Wv, sexually assaulted a 9 month old baby girl. As of the time of this petitions creation, the baby was pronounced brain dead as a result. Prison is too good for child rapists and their ilk. I would move to say that our "justice system" is even a part of the problem, in that incarceration is hardly justice when it comes to such an awful act. Maybe if these people were actually afraid of what would happen to them if/when they were caught, they'd be less likely to do such vile things? When it's an open and shut case such as this, let us hang these creatures publicly. Let us make examples of them, and allow the American people to attend these hangings so that the accused may be ridiculed, as they should be.

Actually, imprisonment in general population may be better. When the word gets out he raped and killed a 9 mo. old baby, he will wish he would have been hung.
If justice is seen, they’d best act fast. To pardon the pervert would be priority on BO’Bs list before leaving office.
I think you will find politicians extremely resistant to endorsing public hanging. LOL.
We must not allow mob rule and lynching, although one can appreciate the merits of it in this case.
We had a similar case here without the ballyhoo. Within a month the perp needed a permanent colostomy. Use your imagination to figure out why he needed one. Hint: his prison mates really did not like him.
He will likely, in fact, receive treatment by his fellow prisoners that is very similar to what he did to the child, so maybe this is the best justice.

Politicians do their best to get folks to believe that executions require materials the public does not have access to. Gas chambers, guillotines, electric chairs. I would bet most libtards don’t even realize most folks have the required materials in their garage, if not the trunk of their car.
Simple solution? Send him to Wisconsin to serve his term. One of our inmates will, ‘Dahmer-ize’ him within the week.
(Just google Jeffrey Dahmer if you don’t know what I’m talking about.)
I’d prefer Jonathan Gruber or John Koskanin. That would have a much greater anti-crime effect.
If I understand the attitude most prisoners have about this sort of thing, I think public hanging may be a reprieve for him.

I know New Mexico hadn’t actually executed anyone in forever (since 1960) it seems but they did execute a child killer; Governor Gary Johnson allowed it.

The last public judicial hanging in Florida was in Crestview, our county seat, on the courthouse lawn, sometime around 1918 or so.
Local newspaper reports said at the time people came from all over, bringing picnic lunches and their families. It was a fair type atmosphere................
