The Russian government's cyber-espionage campaign against the American political system began more than a year ago and has been far more extensive than publicly disclosed, targeting hundreds of key people -- Republicans and Democrats alike -- whose work is considered strategically important to the Putin regime, official sources told NBC News.
The targets over the past two years have included a Who's Who of Hillary Clinton associates from her State Department tenure, the Clinton Foundation and her presidential campaign, as well as top Republicans and staffers for Republican candidates for president.
Starting in earnest in 2015, Russian hackers used sophisticated "spearphishing" techniques to steal emails and other data from Capitol Hill staffers, operatives of political campaigns and party organizations, and other people involved in the election and foreign policy. That's according to NBC News interviews with more than two dozen current and former U.S. officials, private sector cybersecurity experts and others familiar with the FBI-led investigation into the hacks.

This is just way too convenient.
And it just so happens that Pennsylvania has the most vulnerable state election machinery as we just found out. As well, PA is a state rife with democratic fraud and a state that Clinton absolutely must have.
This continual demonization of Russia is being done for two possible purposes. One is to question election results should Trump win, and the other is to justify military action against the Russians as is being openly talked about now by the Pentagon.
If a bunch of corrupt Republicans also get taken down then I will be jumping up and down with Glee doing backflips.

So the revealing of truths kept from the American people by it’s representatives is bad because it did not come from them or their filtered media but from another source? Truth is truth no matter how it is revealed. Notice that they are not disputing what is being revealed.
A modern Genghis Khan, another Temüjin could arise recast as a genius of guerilla organization, imbued with the imperative of casting off fetters imposed by outside empire. Negating the various concentrated entities provision of support for that empire, would prune the usurper's source of strength; and, shift favor to the people rather than the state.
Look at the Kenyan election where hussein's cousin, raila odinga, lost and mau maued his way into a newly created pm spot.

The report claims that “sophisticated” techniques were used. So if they were so “sophisticated,” how come all these tracks were left behind, making it so easy to finger the Russians? The first thing you learn in hacking school is how to cover your tracks.

Rule by an ‘elite’ is gained through manipulation of the bureaucratic mechanisms—it is not a choice of self-rule implemented through guidance of the Body-of-Law. Thus, it is usurpation of rule, by those not bound by the tenants embodied in the founding charter of the nation, for their own ends.
