And let’s add point (3) deliberate tampering or destruction of evidence.

The Arkansas crime lab had clear DNA evidence for Hillary’s client as proof he had raped a virgin child. So that evidence was “lost.”

And a new clean panty section was submitted for testing 1,200 miles away (NY) and it had none of the rapists sperm DNA or the victim’s blood on that section. So that makes him innocent by her account.
