Has any other former president claimed “executive privilege” after his term is over?

This article is from 1998 during the height of the scandals.

The outrage expressed by the left is not sincere. They not only condoned dirty talk, but sexual assault itself. Their offense is at Trump’s current party affiliation vs. what he said. I even remember a report on a news channel portraying Republicans as out of touch, going around interviewing women saying what Clinton did was okay with Paula Jones “He presented himself to her and she said no and left. There’s nothing wrong with that” as though it was normal behavior and those who thought otherwise were simply out of touch. They also ran stories about how “many couples find that cheating helps them recharge their marriage”, etc. Taking advantage of a young girl half his age was also okay - “just a little hanky panky” it was portrayed as. Those who thought it was inappropriate were made out to be the weirdos. Remember it all like it was yesterday during that time period. It’s extraordinary what a mere difference in voter registration can make in what is permissible - and even apparently a good thing - as long as you are a Democrat.
