When polls are good, I acknowledge the fact. Don’t mean to be a wet blanket, but we have to look reality in the eye, too.
The LA poll was one that seemed to be a bright light in the bad news. Now it has turned.
Would it be smart to ignore this development?

I’m in Ohio. I am in suburbs of a city, but as you get closer to the city and in the suburbs near the university, there are Hillary signs everywhere. That’s not shocking as it’s a liberal area, but I have seen some Hillary signs in the more conservative suburbs I live in too.

It's a bunch of polysci students that vote - without a clue given to the breakdown of political affiliations.

In the USC poll the undecided/other has stayed at 11 - 12.
And when they are tied, they are ~44:

I have already voted for Trump by absentee ballot.
That said, these “the polls all lie” threads are looking like the comfort food of FR.

There are people I know that are voting for Hillary but say they’re not.
A lot of women are going to vote for her. I think maybe they don’t want to argue with their husbands or boyfriends so they keep quiet about it.
For women who’ll vote Hillary: I’m sure she’ll defend you and keep you safe. After all, look how successful she was for the men at Benghazi, the Iraqi citizens, Haitians after the quake, and the Christians in Iraq (now down to <10% of their former number). She even voted to defend Afghani and Iraqi women in her vote for the Iraq war, after all.
So, yes. You’ll sleep at night knowing you and your children will be kept safe by Hillary Clinton from war and a possible 600 million people rushing to the US, courtesy of open borders, the TPP, and a hemispheric push for no countries.

I expected the polling to be worse, post-tape. We all knew this would happen. She still has one more ass-whippin’ to take at the next debate, the effect of “you’d be in jail” is going viral and is HYUUGE, believe me. Especially among young ppl. It’s one of the most brutal KO blows ever in a Prez debate. The Big Don has taken the gloves off. Plus she will prolly collapse again at some point. The dang ol’ karma.

That will have almost zero bearing on the women who are going to vote for her.

Same here. Seen nothing but Trump signs all year in my county. Now I’ve seen two Clinton/Kaine signs go up in the past two weeks.

You can be realistic, but realistic doesn't mean screaming that the sky is falling. Vote, get your friends and family to vote, pray and fast, and wait. Tripping over your own hysteria isn't going to help anything.
