I think you may be right. This video doesn't look like normal 'Anonymous Official' fare with purple background. It wasn't posted by the 'Anonymous Official' account but by someone called 'ChemTrailsMN'. It doesn't pass the smell test.

I really wish this was true. Not saying it isn’t. No one can post a tape of this sort. It is a crime to do so. In criminal cases where a tape exists of a minor involved in sexual activity, the Judge seals the tape. Lawyers can even mail the tape as that violates postal rules and makes it a Federal Crime. The only way a tape can be shown is if someone has the ability to post same and remain unknown. I don’t really know how that is done. Not very IT savy.
