Reading between the lines, she means all together, adding up each event for a total of “around 18000”. Probably more like 1800 all together.

No audience picture = no proof.
Best means of approximation for me is to know the capacity of the room and then see what fraction of the seats are filled.

I read somewhere last night that someone on Reddit had enlarged a photo of the crowd and counted every one of them and it was actually 3,000 or so.

Every time i see a Hillary rally you see mostly school kids behind her. Last big rally she had was due to a pop singer being there. No doubt about it, people are avoiding her like a 3 day old road kill skunk in the middle of the road right now.

Hahaha - the only reason they had more than 18 in attendance was because it was also a concert featuring celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson. (I know, who?)
The idea is to make people think she is drawing crowds equal to or greater than Trumps. That way, it is credible when the fake numbers of ‘people’ vote for her.
