White House Watch: Trump Takes the Lead (43-41)
Rasmussen Reports ^ | 10/13/16 | Rasmussen Reports

Posted on 10/13/2016 5:31:30 AM PDT by tatown

The full results from Sunday night’s debate are in, and Donald Trump has come from behind to take the lead over Hillary Clinton.

The latest Rasmussen Reports White House Watch national telephone and online survey shows Trump with 43% support among Likely U.S. Voters to Clinton’s 41%. Yesterday, Clinton still held a four-point 43% to 39% lead over Trump, but that was down from five points on Tuesday and her biggest lead ever of seven points on Monday.

Rasmussen Reports updates its White House Watch survey daily Monday through Friday at 8:30 am Eastern based on a three-day rolling average of 1,500 Likely U.S. Voters. Monday’s survey was the first following the release of an 11-year-old video showing Trump discussing women in graphic sexual detail but did not include any polling results taken after the debate. All three nights of the latest survey follow Sunday’s debate.

The drip, drip, drip of Wikileaks is outweighing the sudden fireworks of the Trump tape...That and the street-fighter like performance at the debate.

Doesn’t matter, FOX Snooze has declared Harpy the winner.

Pray America wakes

Megan Kelly (fwiw) had it at Hillary 307 - Trump 181 with 50 toss-up.

Still need a game changer with those numbers.

Love the fighter in him. No one else would be within 10 points...

Levin (last night's show) was complaining that Trump is always on the defensive... Saying that Cruz would totally be on offense the whole time. What a BUFFOON! Cruz would have been blown out of the water long ago.

..... WOW ... Looks pretty bleak ... Especially with the October Surprises still on the Horizon.

.... The Wikileaks stuff is way too complicated for the average voter to fathom and understand. Sex talk is much more interesting to this new generation of entertainment based lifeforms.

I was joking a few nights ago with some people I know that Ted Cruz is so self-absorbed and comfortable in his own little self-serving fantasy world that he was constantly telling Heidi how he would have responded to particular Hillary remarks at the debates. He imagines snappy comebacks that would KO her for the world to see.

Heidi’s heard enough, of course, and just tunes it all out.

In reality, he’d be standing there like a human pinata while Hillary & Friends beat him with a stick, culminating in him standing in a pool of his warm urine on the debate stage by the time 10:30pm rolled around.

This crew simply doesn’t have the pulse of the American public. Maybe Trump doesn’t either, but we will find out. This crew has been outsmarted consistently since 1989.

It disgusted me.

It should, voter fraud should never be tolerated.

Please get involved. Learn what it takes to be a poll watcher, or an election day employee/volunteer. In most places the list of registered voters is a public record. Get a copy and check it against who actually lives in your polling area.

This is the year to get involved, and help ensure a fair and honest election.

Learn what the laws are in your state, and how to effectively work to prevent voter or election fraud.

If you don't have the personality for that kind of thing, make sure your friends and neighbors get out and vote, and help drive people to the polls who might not be able to get there otherwise.

Exactly... he would let her lob outrageous charges and just smile in embarrassment... she would also constantly beat him over the head with the “extremist” label- which he’s not, but he wouldn’t fight back

Exactly. Same with Rubio, Kasich, Jeb, or any of the usual suspects.

I’ve seen this movie before, and it always ends the same way.

Someone definitely needs to send Levin and the rest of the insurgents the memo that their coup failed.

It looks like the voters have already factored in the ‘sleaze brigades’ and are moving on.

Levin is delusional. If cruz were the nominee, the dems would already have him in court on eligibility issues. He would be fighting just to hang on to his senate seat...hillary would walk away with the election...thank goodness we have Trump.

To be fair, even though he still hammers Trump, he acknowledges that he’s the only one that can stop Hillary, and urges people to vote for Trump (though he won’t endorse him). Others, like Beck, Jonah Goldberg, Bill Kristol are happy to see Hillary win. Quisling jerks

There has been a lot of talk about Hillary not doing the third debate... Rush spoke about this yesterday...

In that scenario, does FOX still host the debate, giving him the whole time? Or does it get cancelled?

Here's the horror:

Do we want 20 million MORE 3rd world illegals flooding our country... competing for jobs, committing crimes, raping our women and voting against traditional Americans?

Do we want Refugees infiltrated with ISIS terrorists in our Country via Syria? People we can't vet - and can't afford to 'watch' 24/7 when they're here?

Do we want to be played for fools again with the 'gonna fix the infrastructure' lie - - even after 8 years of hearing it while democrats DID NOTHING?

IF YOU don't want to be played for a fool YOU MUST VOTE TRUMP. In a worst case scenario Trump will fix the country repair the Infrastructure r, stop the outflow of jobs and factories and secure our borders. The downside to Trump is he might notice women have pussies...from time to time...

I believe that Fox does it as a town hall. But you know how they will play it.
If I were Trumps campaign, I would start to press that now and shame her into going. If she doesnt go, I would press the issue and include Pence in the town hall.
