I find Dr. Ted Noel’s youtube discussion of that issue credible. He says she has Parkinson’s Disease - my reading of the 9/11/16 seizure video convinces me she has something that’s bad enough for her to be having trouble controlling its effects, and bad enough to affect her election prospects if publicly known.Noel’s take is that Hillary “prepares” for a debate by “get clean” so that when she takes her Parkinson’s Disease med right before the debate it has maximum effectiveness without, according to plan, causing visible side effects.
Presumably such drug could be picked up in a blood test, I dunno. But whether or not her problem is Parkinson’s, she has something and is almost certainly taking something for it.
But indeed, Trump did make his call on the basis that Hillary has been much perkier at the start than at the finish . . . which sounds like a upper wearing off . . .
Part of his plan could be to “fire a shot across her bow” - challenge her to be as “up” at the end as at the beginning (or else tone down her beginning to prevent the tailor from being noticeable . . .) Anything to make her self-conscious, perhaps.
