Following Wednesday’s presidential debate Pentagon officials found themselves completely dumbfounded as to why former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would feel it appropriate to announce U.S. Special Access Program intel on national television.
According to sources within the Department of Defense speaking under anonymity, Clinton likely violated at least two Dept. of Defense SAP protocols during the debate by announcing on live television the United States Government’s response time for a nuclear launch.
Actually she’s probably correct that it makes no difference now because she, ValJar and Barky almost certainly already told or sold to our possible/probable enemies long ago. That doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be arrested, tried and, after an actual fair trial... convicted and punished accordingly as prescribed by law.
I've seen her ads in MD. Why is running ads in MD.
Does she feel insecure in MD or are the ads for Virginia?
If Hillary is worried about VA or MD then she is really in trouble! Particularly if she is worried about MD of all places.
I contrast this with an interesting story about Tommy Dowd, who was the recording engineer for Aretha, Ray Charles, the Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and a host of other legendary recording artists of the Twentieth Century.
Tommy had been a Physicist working on the Manhattan Project, the details of which, even a few years after the War, were highly classified. After his release from the Project, Tommy went back to Columbia, his Alma Mater, to teach physics. The books, however, were from before the War, and had incorrect information about the nature of the Atom.
Tommy knew that the books were obsolete, but his knowledge of this was Top Secret. So he quit teaching and went into Audio Engineering. He invented the Fader, and was very influential in the development of Multi-Track recording. He was also very influential about desegregating the Recording Industry, and making “Soul Music” mainstream.
Watching him remix “Layla” was a beautiful thing! An actor playing Tommy has a brief appearance in the movie “Ray”, and there is a wonderful documentary about his life called “Tom Dowd and the Language of Music”.
Now, you may ask, “Why am I bring this up?”.
The simple answer is that Tommy loved his country, and when it was a choice between keeping his job, telling a lie, or breaching National Security, he gave up the job.
And the Music World gained a Genius because of that.
Hillary should be charged with felony.
Apparently Bernie’s wife thought Hillary was unfit too.

I can ascertain that every level of the NCA has a very defined and PRACTICED "response time".
And that response time is TS/SCI/LIMDIS.
From the time the order is initiated until it is fulfilled by the very last FBM on patrol.
And Snopes says nobody can know this outside the highest military brass.
