If he has any half decent advisers, they will tell him that this is the Obama strategy:
1. The Iraqis are coming from the South & East. The Kurds are on the North.
2. The Iraqis will piddle around letting the Kurds do most of the fighting and taking casualties.
3. After the ISIS fighters are allowed to escape to the West into Syria or Turkey, the Iraqis will advance into Mosul. The Americans will stab the Kurds in the back again as the Turks and Iraqis (composed of Iraqis and Iranian militias) attack the Kurds.
4. The Americans will negotiate a cease fire and withdrawal of the Turks after the Kurds have been decimated. The Americans will not lift a finger before with any support. Obama will claim victory and that he is the savior.
