Yes if the problem is with the machine. In the video linked above, it is the memory card that was hacked. The result on another machine with the same card was the same. It showed 0-0 at the start but completely reversed the vote from those on the paper ballots inserted.
That's the same way up here in upstate NY, in my town. I don't know how my vote is registered. Also, it doesn't matter how that sheet is fed into the machine. If I place it upside down and backwards, they say that my vote is registered. Yes, ok, but is it registered the way that I voted?
The only thing that machine tells me is how many voted before me. WOW!! LOL
We need to scream for paper ballots, thumb printed in permanent purple ink, photo voter ID and two-party counting this election. Everywhere. PERIOD.
And we need to class action sue all election officials everywhere fraud is found.
The fraudcode likely deletes itself when the machine is shutdown after the votes are counted on election night.
What would a lawsuit discover?

Only has to happen at a few precincts in the ‘important counties’ to totally change the voting outcome.
The ballots should be kept, hand counted, then run through a machine in suspect precincts.
If fraudulent, the hand count will disagree with original machine count. If second machine count disagrees with hand count, there’s a machine to confiscate. If second machine agrees with hand count, original machine was culprit, putting all used in the vote in suspicion.
There IS no paper balloting in my precinct.
There WAS a paper tape backup that printed your ballot when you pressed the ‘cast ballot’ button on the evoting machine.
Haven’t seen those paper tapes since the McDaniel primary in ‘14.
No way to recount anything with evoting.
OK, still marked paper in my area.
E-voting — bad bad bad bad bad.
I read somewhere that a tiny minority of counties still had hand counted paper ballots.

WE DO paper in CA. and feed into machine I still worry because machine doesn’t tell me how I voted!!!
I saw that previously, a real wake up call.
We MUST go back to paper that is kept for a year, and also do photo ID, voter’s thumbprint in permanent purple ink on ballot, and two-party counting.
Absolutely necessary to retain confidence in the electoral system.
Will never happen now. Too many hands in the trillion dollar trough.
Where we go from here, who knows. Hopefully we won’t get nuked when Hillary starts WWIII.

Everyone needs to know our system is RIFE with fraud potential.
And NO WAY to prove it when it happens.
There’s probably not enough population in those cities that isn’t already voting dem to make the numbers match up.
Stealing 5% or maybe 10% Trump votes from a ‘really red’ precinct will make the numbers work and keep the Trump voters in that precinct still believing there is no fraud because Trump still won their precinct.
