Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson says Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified data is grounds for impeachment.

She hasn't been elected president, but one U.S. Senator says he's ready to impeach Hillary Clinton.
In an interview with a Wisconsin newspaper, Sen. Ron Johnson said Clinton's email scandal qualifies as a "high crime or misdemeanor," meaning she could be impeached.

The U.S. Constitution states, "The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
Talk about impeaching Clinton started more than a year before Election Day 2016, thanks to an Alabama congressman.
"But there's no question that she mishandled classified documents, and she did so intentionally. And that is a criminal offense in the United States code," Rep. Mo Brooks said on MSNBC.
The FBI disagreed with Rep. Mo Brooks' assessment of Clinton's use of a private email server. FBI Director James Comey said Clinton was "extremely careless" with classified information, but he did not recommend any charges.
The FBI's closed investigation recently made headlines again after Comey sent a letter to Congress saying the bureau found new emails that could be pertinent to the case.
For Clinton to be impeached, she would need to be formally charged by the House of Representatives. Then the Senate would hold an impeachment trial, and if she were convicted, she would be removed from office.
The only two presidents to be impeached in the history of the United States are Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton. Both were acquitted of wrongdoing.
She’ll own the Government and you’ll probably get arrested
Ron has turned out to be a GOPer from WISCONSIN. Just sayin’.
my bad, wrong letter. Whisky not Wyoming
I saw Ron Johnson on one of the Sunday shows. He’s about as sharp as a bowling ball
He needs to keep quiet. This will only serve to motivate her base. Perhaps that is his intent.
We still have Mitch and Paul Rino in leadership or did I miss something?
If she is elected, the GOP will be even worse than under Obiwan ...
Ryan may not be around as leader for long...he’s still have to get the votes for the peakership
Won’t work.
Since Obama, the Democrats have hit upon a formula. Nominate the “first” of whatever minority. Then, regardless of what malfeasance he/she manages to commit in office, they say,
“You can’t impeach the first black President.”
“You can’t impeach the first woman President.”
“You can’t impeach the first Hispanic President.”
And on an on until they run out of “firsts.”
What a dumb b@$&8##
Wyoming has its own questionable Senators....
Newt could impeach her, and then take the case against her to the senate... just saying.
How can you impeach a president for things that happened before they were elected?
That’d be a neat trick. Because the Senate doesn’t impeach.
I thought it was the House of Reps that impeached, and the Senate votes to convict.
If the landslide is great enough, our weak sisters will rush to look like they were on board all the time. That is how weak sisters in politics behave. We need to concentrate on the big win. (Not that I refer to any particular “weak sisters,” in this comment. I am more than willing to forgive and forget for pragmatic reasons, if it will help restore the America we, here, believe in.)
Hillary will begin her presidency under the specter of a watergate level scandal. She’ll be the first ever to be impeached at the beginning of her presidency.
Then why waste a vote to put her there...why not use the vote to put someone in that will SAVE OUR NATION and IT’S PEOPLE from what is going on in the Middle East?
What happened to ‘brains’ these days? When GOD said He was passing out brains, everyone mistook Him for saying ‘trains’ and got out of the way???
Honestly, I have never ran into more dumb down idiots in my life as I have this election...you got to wonder about that basement they are living in!!!
