You are spot on. Trump saying “you would be in jail” was truly a defining moment in this campaign. It was the first time i had seen someone really stand up to the Clintons and everyone cheered. No other candidate would have done this. Him saying this gave others the courage to stand up to her. Every other candidate would have caved and lost and her investigation would never have been reopened.
