The only foreign government I might trust in this regard -- and by this I mean they would potentially find a breach in our national security and report it to the U.S. without first hacking it -- would be Great Britain.

It will resemble the lead up to the final scene in Scarface.
1. The Clintons set up a "shadow government" to sell U.S. military and intelligence assets to foreign governments and global corporations.
2. The Clinton Foundation is the financial mechanism to collect the payments.
3. The e-mail server hides the communications from U.S. law enforcement and Congressional scrutiny.
The only question in my mind is whether the Clinton cabal did this secretly on their own, or if it was done with the full knowledge and plausible deniability of Congress and the White House. When the FBI announced in July that no legal action would be taken against Hillary Clinton, I assumed it was the latter.
Knowing Trump, he would do something like that taking all their source of wealth.

Carlos Danger is the most obvious security risk in the history of the universe. The Russians in particular have a long history of using female agents to seduce and compromise targets. I would bet my life he has been blackmailed into passing info to some foreign intelligence service.
For all we know this whole server thing could have been the idea of enemy spies in the first place....
