The other question out there, would a federal pardon immunize her from state prosecution.

And in all of this, if there's child porn on Corlos Danger's/Huma's laptop, a pardon will be necessary for that as well. I think Obama will stay far away from pardons.

Not to add to the complications, but a President can issue an amnesty to anyone/everyone, known or unknown, involved in a class of Clinton crimes. I have no idea about those legal details, except that it seems to be the power of pardon applied to a group.

One point is clear; a Presidential pardon gives no protection from any state or other non-Federal prosecution, nor does it give any protection from civil suits.
