Another night of nationwide protests against Donald Trump's election came to a head in Portland, where thousands marched and some smashed store windows, lit firecrackers and sparked a dumpster blaze. Police termed the protest a riot and used "less lethal munitions" to help clear the streets. Some 4,000 protesters surged into the downtown area late Thursday night with chants like "we reject the president-elect!"

AP calls it a “surge”—I call it a “Soros surge”.
Ah, the let’s smash and burn when we don’t get what we want since that is such a sound way to get people to consider your position and think like you.
Time to go back to the old days of dealing with rioters who smash, loot and burn.
I developed a massive migraine on election night 2008.
Next day? Got my butt up for work like it was any other day.

I marched in Nixon’s 2nd inaugural parade. It was sunny & clear, but windy & bitter cold. Some Vietnam war protesters along the route (same unwashed dirtbags who now teach the cupcakes), but the weather kept down the number.

Lets see. If Portland is the epicenter and portland had some 4000 protesters and Regularly had rally’s over 12000 people.
I think we’re okay.
These rioters are just pawns.
The FBI should be looking for the leaders, and those that are paying for all this.
I’m all for them burning the city to the ground.
By all means, they should burn ALL cities where liberals live. They are doing the work for us.
If they try doing this in the suburbs then Trump should just give a wink and a nod to the property owners (militia) that they can defend themselves by any means necessary. It will be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Yes, it is. Nothing more, nothing less. And most of the morons participating don't even realize that fact. Socialism, Communism, it all leads to the same place and ends the same way. Always.
Here’s a crazy idea destined to get me flamed.
President Trump should ask each group of protesters in these cities to find ONE of those people within the group to come to DC to talk.
My guess is they won’t be able to find ONE person without some brutally violent infighting!

For some unknown reason, my daughter and her husband moved to Portland to take a very lucrative job there. They’re taking my three grand daughters, their two dogs, and cat.
I’ve already told the girls (13, 11, and 9) not to say a word about Presidents or who they and their parents voted for (Trump). Also told them first thing they do is get an Oregon CWL to replace their Georgia CWLs.
My daughter is taking the girls and the cat this afternoon, and I’m heart broken fearing that I’ll not last long enough until they come back home.
