Non-citizens arresting citizens. Law enforcement represents the state, how can a non-citizen represent the state?? That doesn’t make sense.

Besides, how can they be work authorized without a sponsor?
Where I live, no LEO can enter my property & try to serve a warrant or interview me without a Sheriff’s Deputy at their side.
Because I have livestock, all my gates are clearly marked NO Trespassing. If any dogs are roaming on my property, I can shoot them without any notification to Sheriff or Animal Control. Parts of living rural are nicer than living in the city. (Some dogs have only 2 feet).
