The crap employers go through in these compliance issues is immense.
I can’t wait for 60 days from now when we have a real president. I hope this fine will be waived and this stupid requirement will be repealed. Law enforcement in America should be a job for US citizens only.
Cheap fine and well worth it.

Of course citizens should be hired ahead of foreigners, especially when taxpayer money is involved. This is one of many efforts by the Obama administration to harm the America people.

I disagree. Legal immigrants should be eligible too. Especially if they have permanent resident status and/or are in the process of becoming citizens.
