Where in these states election laws is this stated? My read is if you put up the money and petition, they’ll recount.
And you have to be able to win the election by a recount. It is a waste of time by Stein and will go nowhere. This is no better than Democrat lawmakers introducing bills to eliminate the Electoral College which requires a Constitutional Convention. It is feckless stupidity being hyped by a feckless stupid media.
If Clinton agrees to this, then the result will be that she will have lost TWICE.

When McCrory (NC Gov) petitioned the Durham County Board of Elections for a recount, the board said “no” because there was no evidence of the ballot issues McCrory was alleging. So how is this any different - these statisticians admit that there is no evidence of misconduct, so why should a recount be authorized.
I just read an article by Edward Snowden that discussed hacking a voting machine. It required physical access to the machine. I guess we can now rule out the Russians. This is all nonsense.
That is a common sense assumption. Thing is, unless it’s in the wording of the states in question recount law, common sense does not apply. This is liberals we’re dealing with here.
My theory is that the Clinton campaign knows that there is no realistic chance that the results of the election will be overturned. The real objective here is to do whatever they can to portray the Trump presidency as illegitimate. They’re dusting off the Al Gore playbook from the 2000 election: “he was selected, not elected.” For the next four years we’re going to hear about how Hillary “won the popular vote”, and therefore should be the president, but the Electoral College stole the election from her.

My Mom asked me before the election if I was afraid that Trump would lose. I replied that I was more afraid of what would happen if Trump won. The left is totalitarian and will not give up power. To leftists elections are illusions to keep the masses in control. Congressional elections don’t matter because of pens and phones.

If they really cared about “election integrity” they would include close states MN and NH in their recount efforts. Frauds!

I believe that the great state of Michigan in which I reside, will not pay for the recount here.
