Cuban exiles pour onto Miami streets to celebrate Fidel Castros death
... Cubans with flags of Cuba and the US together with hundreds... spilling into the streets of Miami.....at the news of the death of the leader and the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro 90 years old, who died Nov. 25, 2016.
Fidel Castro died, and Cuban Miami did what it does in times of community celebration: It poured onto the streets of Little Havana and Hialeah, and Kendall to honk horns, bang pans, and set off more than a few fireworks, saved for exactly the sort of unexpected special occasion that proved worthy of their detonation.
The scene across Miami..., the cradle of the Cuban exile community, was one of pure, raw emotion. This time, after decades of false alarms, Castros death was real. I wish my dad was here to see this,.... Wearing an I love Hialeah T-shirt, he stood.... where police quickly set up watch posts to make sure impromptu revelers stayed safe.
Beautiful madness,....describ[ed] the scene.
Passing cars honked incessantly. People waved huge Cuban flags. Parents carried their children and puppies. A few people appeared clad in pajamas and, in one case, flamingo slippers, jolted out of bed by the late-night news. Shortly after midnight, Cuban leader Raúl Castro announced on state television, his voice trembling, that his older brother had died at 10:29 p.m.
Toward victory, always! he said. The streets in Havana, where a nine-day mourning period was announced, appeared to remain quiet.
Not so in Miami, the city across the Florida Straits shaped by exiles who fled Fidel Castros 1959 revolution. Calle Ocho was completely shut down to traffic to accommodate the elated crowds gathered at Versailles Cuban restaurant, the iconic exile hangout, to cheer and wave signs .......[snip]

I'm even expecting the stooge in our white hut to order that all American flags be flown at half staff like he did when that other murdering bastard, Mandela, kicked the bucket.
My signature dish. The dish all my relatives and friends want me to cook for them.
Arroz Amarillo con pollo y Frijoles Negro.
Lots of garlic and spices, no ‘heat’.
Cuban sandwiches, the bomb.
Flan, the atomic bomb!
I grew up near Calle Ocho.
Senior in high school when Castro took over. (Ruined my plans for celebrating graduation with a trip to Havana)
Sean Penn, Danny Glover, Harry Belafonte are in mourning.
The answer can’t be given on this conservative site.
“...Abbandonate Ogni Speranza Voi Ch’Entrate...”
That is a good one!
Trump wins the election, the Clinton political holocaust is finally over, Obummer is out of office in less than two months, Castro is dead, George Soros spent a fortune and has nothing to show for it, the winning the winning the winning. I am vomiting on winning, if we get anymore winning I will explode.
Barry will send his husband former Oregon State middle linebacker, Michael LaVaughn (Robinson) Obama to represent the US.
Michael is much more athlete than Bath house Barry, so can carry some of the weight of the coffin.
“The Pope grieves:...”

A disgrace, at the least.
He must go.
Can you imagine the size of the celebration if that were odumbo?
I make a bean dish and pork roast with orange and peppers. Never cared for flan, but one of my Puerto Rican friends makes a great one.
"...Abbandonate Ogni Speranza Voi Ch'Entrate..."
OR
Welcome To Hell, Fidel!

We know that the some of our government officials are saddened, as well as global leaders at the UN, various heads of state, and the current head of the Catholic Church. Quite frankly, the possibilities are endless. And Satan is waiting.
Bill and Hillary Havent been looking too goo lately...
There wouldn’t be enough alcohol in the country.

CL = centiliter
Centiliter. Darn metric measurements....
They also say Raul is a professional drunk, not that involved with the actual levers of power...and that those behind him in succession are far more open to normalizing relations with the US.
