I don't know if this means anything in light of the PA State Department's announcement that Stein missed the deadline.
But this Fox29 Philly tweet was posted to twitter at 1:33pm today.
Can anybody who's knowledgeable explain what this means, if it means anything?

When was PA supposed to be certified (absent the suit)?
I expect the suit to ultimately be tossed.

Uhh there will be no more ballots added. This is a recount of votes already cast and in PA all voting is electronic and there is no paper trail to verify votes.
All they will do is punch “count” button on voting machines and they will report same totals as on Nov 8-9. Trump stil wins by 70,000 votes.

The thing is that Stein is not going to court, but 100 voters in PA. They can claim their vote was changed by hackers and in that way got standing.

Montgomery County is an outlier. Hillary underperformed Obama in Philadelphia, Delaware County, and Bucks County. If there's something fishy, it has to be why Montgomery County didn't follow the trend of the rest of the state.
It is technologically impossible to hack a voting machine as they are not connected on the Internet. They will all be regarded as loons or sour grapes losers in a frivolous claim. Nothing more.

I’m sure they’re monitoring it, but it’s been nothing but joke level theatrics. Voicing any concerns would give it some credibility. Ignoring it is the wise move.
Obviously, if this would escalate into a real “threat”, Trump’s team would be all over it, but it’s pointless to do anything since it’s obviously nothing more than nonsense promoted by a media whore and funded by people that outright hate Donald Trump. I expect that there is a law that specifies the conditions that have to be met for the certification, and if they have been met, he is being “wronged”, IMHO.
No. If re-counts delay the state's certification past the December 13 deadline for certification specified by the constitution, the state legislature is empowered to appoint their own slate of electors.
These electors would then cast the state's EVs when the Electoral College meets on December 19.
Inasmuch as the Republicans control both houses of the state legislature, you can be confident that Trump will be the recipient of these EVs.
For the record, Republicans also control both houses of the Wisconsin and Michigan legislatures. Thus, every state will be heard from in the Electoral College and Trump will get his 306 EV.
