Cooper Corners Senator Warren: ‘Your Message Is Not Resonating’(RUH ROH!)

During an extended interview on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 Wednesday night, things got a little heated between Cooper and Senator Elizabeth Warren. The almost 25 minute long interview grew tense when Cooper grilled Warren on how out of touch the Democratic Party is with Middle America. “When you look at that electoral map, I mean, there is blue on both coasts basically, and there is a lot of red in the entire rest of the country,” he noted before asking, “Do you feel like you are out of touch?”

Warren quickly went on the defensive and tried to hide behind the popular vote, “Out of touch when 2.3 million more people voted for the democratic candidate than the Republican candidate.” She went on to point to how the Democrats picked up seating in the House of Representatives and the Senate. But the facts is, that before the election every liberal commentator predicted that the Democrats would take back the Senate and possibly the House.

By those standards the left greatly underperformed by most measurements. The desperate sounding Senator then declared, “We are not the minority here. We are the party of opposition, yes.” But Cooper pressed on almost slighting her for the declaration, saying, “But it sounds like you are saying you won. But you didn't. So what went wrong?” She again retreated to arguing about the popular vote margin growing for Clinton.

Cooper seemed to rub salt into the wound that was Hillary Clinton’s so-called Rust-Belt “firewall,” which was comprised of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. All states Donald Trump Won:

Cooper better be careful. If he keeps practicing journalism CNN is liable to toss him out on his arse.

If Fox News could switch out Megyn Kelly out for Anderson Cooper it would be a HUGE improvement for Fox.

Warren is the front runner for 2020. She will be older in 2020 than Trump in 2016. Pelosi is in her 70s. These dogs will not learn new tricks.

I’m not tired of winning yet.

In fact, I feel like we are just getting started.

1. Let’s hope that they DON’T get how out of touch that they are, and that they double down on the non-sensical, loony policies that they’ve been shoving down our throats. Let’s hope that they retain the illusion that they represent most of us - and if only us stupid, bitterly clinging deplorables would understand, then we’d back them to the hilt and throw out those racist Republicans.

Looks like they still haven’t gotten it - because they reelected Nancy Pelosi (nutcase extraordinaire) to be their leader. Things are looking good for us.

2. I am SOOOOOO enjoying this. I even have a “Deplorable” hat on order, that I’ll wear every chance I get to piss off another Leftist.

Chief Running Mouth finds out that failure is an orphan, but one look at that map generates a question so obvious that I'm surprised she didn't have a prepared answer. If the refrain is "but we won the popular vote" they're showing that they've learned nothing. Take California out of it and they didn't even win that.

All they really need to get back in the fight is a new platform, a new candidate, and a new attitude that incorporates love of country and all of its citizens, even if they aren't urban. If they wait around to form their usual posturing around opposition to Trump they'll watch him win a second term before he starts his first one.

No, just move Tucker Carlson into Meagain’s slot, and give Judge Jeanine a dally show as well. AC is still an a$$hole.

I noticed the shaking when she starts yelling like a baffoon about something. I thought it was early onset of Parkinson’s or something.

This popular vote argument is really getting tiring. Not only does the popular vote not elect the president, if we did use the populate vote, the voters would have reacted differently.

For ex. with the EC, a republican voter in CA may not vote knowing their vote is not going to count. Same for a dem voter in Indiana.
