The University of California system announced Wednesday that campus police will not undertake joint efforts with any law enforcement agencies to investigate students suspected of breaking federal immigration laws.
Police officers at the UC’s 10 campuses will not contact, detain, question or arrest any individual solely on the basis of immigration status, except as required by law, the school system said in a statement.
The move comes in response to the election of Donald Trump, who has promised a widespread crackdown on illegal immigration.

We scrimped and saved to send kiddo to Univ. of Texas Austin (barf) to the point of digging through the couch cushions for change. The randomly assigned dorm roommate was a Mexican illegal on a free ride scholarship.
When we were looking for colleges, the medicine and law department online pages were all wink-wink about citizenship.

Apparently, our tax $’s yours and mine have been paying for the immigrant dream kids to go foreign countries to quote study. For some reason, the Obama Dream thugs are stopping those funds. Our foreign/foreign students have been told to get back before the end of the year. Funding will stop at the end of the year.

Those bs studies set up non profits and governmental agencies to enforce more rules against the rest of us. Then they take more of our Tax $’s at the local level to staff and carry out the poison missions from these studies.
Trump cannot prohibit the state or locals from funding the university.
If she says the UC system is going to “not cooperate” with NSEERS reporting, this is just empty posturing.
And force bakers to make cakes for gay weddings or fine the living daylight out of them.
