It’s absolutely contemptible that we have judges in this country that permit this bullsh*t to happen. These pukes in their black robes deserve no respect whatever. The vast majority of them are sycophants of criminal politicians.
I have searched but I cannot find anywhere in Wisconsin law that states if a re-count is on going and not finished before the meeting date of the electoral college that the electors won’t meet as scheduled and vote as the first vote count has determined. Where does it say if a re-count is on-going that it’s required to disenfranchise every voter throughout the state?
I believe if there are no biggies to date, the court will order them to use the original count with any corrections to date and to go home and drink yourself silly.

Federal law says that presidential recounts must be completed within 35 days after an election. Stein waited until 90 minutes before the Wisconsin deadline for filing a recount petition expired.

And what does the law say is the consequence in the event a recount is NOT completed within 35 days after an election? Because if it says the original results are thereby nullified, what could possibly be the rationale for such a law? An incomplete recount proves absolutely nothing pertaining to the original election results! And allegations, like accusations, have no credibility unless and until they are proved beyond a reasonable doubt.
The morons have been running this state for over 100 years, and just in the last 5 years or so have they been beaten back. Don’t pile on the effort.

The result of an incomplete recount by the deadline means that Wisconsin’s electoral votes will be nullified. IOWs, it will mean that the voters in Wisconsin will have been disenfranchised in regard to the 2016 Presidential election. That is what this Stein freak and the Clinton criminal will have accomplished by this bullsh*t. And the judiciary of Wisconsin will have enabled this to happen.

If the recount is not completed by the deadline the old results will still stand. This is what happened in Florida in the recount in the 2000 presidential election.

If the re-count cannot be completed and certified on Dec 13, the state legislature is empowered to appoint its own slate of electors, who would cast their ballots in the Electoral College on Dec 19.
Since both houses of the Wisconsin legislature are controlled by Republicans, Wisconsin's votes will be cast as scheduled and Trump will receive them. The same is true for Michigan and Pennsylvania.
They’re not going to get the recount done on time. The effort has failed. Pointing out failure isn’t piling on, it’s discussing the truth.
