What is this Hog Wash.Philly just finished counting their mail-in ballots, that's all. Everything that was postmarked by election day gets counted. Some of them took a while to come in.
Nothing to worry about.
This is it. Everything in PA has been counted. There's nothing left to count. No hidden stash of Democratic votes.

I suspect the updated totals reflect counting of (1) provisional ballots and (2) addition of previously rejected absentee ballots.
IOW to some degree this always happens, and to some degree is legitimate. It takes time to validate the provisional ballots.
I'm not saying it's all legitimate however. We know there's always mega-fraud committed by the Dems in Philadelphia.
