It’s likely the perp is a black American, by looks, but if he is caught and claims he’s a Wetback, “No-balls” Rahm will shield him!
He may still get justice. In a lot of places, if a person dies within a certain time as the result of a criminal act, it becomes a murder charge.
I don't know about Chicago, but in my home state there are enhanced penalties for any assault on a person 55 years or older.
