From the article:
Hillary Clinton won Chester County, the only county bordering Philadelphia with a Republican voter-registration edge.
Sounds like their was some chicanery there.

Stein thinks her not getting 1% is somehow anomalous?

Your typical establishment Republicans.
Suburban county that borders Philadelphia.

If they want Hillary, I am not averse to them having Hillary. I just want it to be after I am dead and gone.
But on the subject of Hillary, where are those that maintained that she was on her death bed? I read the Hillary prayer threads. I know that she has her worshipers and disciples on this forum.

Hillary looked fit and well for someone stressed out about a devastating election defeat at Harry Reid’s Senate memorial.
Can’t wait to see her retire from politics for good.

Very heavy hispanic community in parts of the county. (Kennett Square/Avondale).

Must be Democrat voters.
Upon further reflection, I have to amend my initial statement.
Chester isn’t a red county; its a uniparty county.
That’s why it voted big for Hillary.

Jill Stain, election denier.

Chester County is not the city of Chester. Solid red area in Chester County, suburban to semi-rural.

They say its county ballots being recounted not the city ballots.
Still, I don’t expect it to affect the statewide result.

It has more GOP voters but it also has a substantial number of Democrats.
Hillary won Philadelphia County 82-12. She won Chester County 52-43.

I'd say you are right about the uniparty county part.
Three of its surrounding counties are red - and three are blue. I also forgot about West Chester University - I believe resident students can vote in the county.

It’s nothing to do with the vote totals. It’s all about delaying the recount completion past Tuesday, the Safe Harbor date and excluding the electoral votes.
