Where does all of this money come from?
Most of it comes from tax payers loans and grants that will never be paid back. The colleges and universities know they can convince enough people to take out grants and loans to enroll. So many of them end up with worthless degrees and a big debt.
It would be politically incorrect of our government to deny anyone an education. Colleges and universities know the government will issue blank checks all in the name of higher education.
Change the compensation system. No pensions, No employer contribution to anything. The employee gets a gross. The employee controls distribution of that gross. When the employee leaves, the xemployee is in control. The xemployee is not alligned with the bureaucracy.
