President Obama has given 35 Russian diplomats until New Year's Day to leave the U.S. as punishment for the country's 'meddling' in the election

Kremlin announced Friday that they will be sending a plane for their diplomats, since many were having a hard time booking flights

Also on Friday, Russian officials were seen hurriedly packing up their government residences in Maryland and New York

President Obama said the compounds were used for spying, and officially kicked the Russians out of the houses at noon The Russian government will send a plane to ferry its diplomats out of the U.S., after President Obama expelled them in a new round of sanctions against the country for its alleged meddling in the presidential election.

On Thursday, the president labeled 35 Russian diplomats from the country's embassy in Washington, DC and consulate in San Francisco 'persona non grata' - giving them 72 hours to get out of the country.

Previous reports stated that some of the diplomats were having a hard time booking travel out of the U.S. at the last minute and during the holiday season.

The Kremlin addressed the issue on Friday, saying they would be sending a plane to the U.S. to pick up these expelled diplomats and their families, ensuring that they are out of the country by Obama's New Year's Day deadline.

The legal definition of Conspiracy actually applies, because top members of the mainstream media knew that the Clinton Crime Foundation was breaking multiple laws, and then conspired with the Clinton and Obama camps to hide and suppress the truth from coming to light. The media and the Clinton camp ALSO conspired to both deny Senator Sanders the Democrat nomination and to steal actual state electios wins from him:

Correct! The Obama Administration, using the FBI as its backdrop is using a "report" likely written by an FBI intern claiming that the Russian Government conducted targeted cyber-attacks against the US Government.

The specific allegation, found on p. 1 reads as follows:

Previous JARs have not attributed malicious cyber activity to specific countries or threat actors. However, public attribution of these activities to RIS is supported by technical indicators from the U.S. Intelligence Community, DHS, FBI, the private sector, and other entities. This determination expands upon the Joint Statement released October 7, 2016, from the Department of Homeland Security and the Director of National Intelligence on Election Security.

Here it's important to know that both the Department of Homeland Security and the role of "National Intelligence on Election Security" are highly political. The FBI led by James Comey has also demonstrated himself to be "compromised" and unworthy of serious consideration on any findings he may issue on behalf of the FBI.

The "private sector" firm used by DHS to provide the findings listed in the above linked report is "SecureWorks", owned by Dell Computer, was hired by the Hillary Clinton campaign. Michael Dell, the CEO of Dell Computer is a noted Hillary Clinton supporter and contributor. "SecureWorks" refused to answer questions as to the veracity of their claims that "the Russians did it" or how they determined such in a recent InfoWorld/InfoWeek interview. So to call this report "questionable" is really just a start.

The fact is, Spearfishing is the most commonly used cyber-attack on the Internet today. Literally EVERYONE receives these emails at some point. Often Spearfishing attempts come from legitimate Domains and rely on ignorant internet users to click on email links from senders they may not recognize in order to install malware or remote control / remote monitoring tools on the recipients pc.

Case in point, on p. 2 of the report:

In summer 2015, an APT29 spearphishing campaign directed emails containing a malicious link to over 1,000 recipients, including multiple U.S. Government victims. APT29 used legitimate domains, to include domains associated with U.S. organizations and educational institutions, to host malware and send spearphishing emails.

U.S. based domains were used to launch the Spearfishing attack (the most COMMON attack on the internet today) and host the files that would install on a users PC once a Spearfishing email was opened, and an ignorant email user clicked on a link.

But wait, there's more:

In the course of that campaign, APT29 successfully compromised a U.S. political party. At least one targeted individual activated links to malware hosted on operational infrastructure of opened attachments containing malware.

As we now know, it was a DNCC operative that opened the email and clicked the Spearfishing link which initiated the "attack."

APT29 delivered malware to the political party’s systems, established persistence, escalated privileges, enumerated active directory accounts, and exfiltrated email from several accounts through encrypted connections back through operational infrastructure.

In short: the DNC failed to properly secure its Operating Systems and email server software to prevent a Cyber-Security 101 type of attack: escalation of privileges. We also learn from this paragraph that the Operating System was Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory) and likely Microsoft Exchange as the email server software, the most commonly deployed in a Microsoft Server environment.

The escalation of privileges gave the "attacker" Database Access to all email in Microsoft Exchange, as email is stored in a SQL Server Database. Once high level privileges were obtained it was a simple task to identify email users via Active Directory and then export their entire email file from the Exchange Server's database (for that user.)

All this is due to a failure to implement Cyber Security 101 protocols by the U.S. Based Organizations and Institutions cited above. (Note: Failure to properly secure one's internet facing systems is a prosecutable offense if it results in a scenario that causes "damage" to other systems. It would be interesting to see if the aforementioned organizations face charges.)

The rest of the "report" is quite literally copy and paste verbage from any common Windows / Linux / Unix System Administrator & Security guide. It's "canned" language that comes from any number of "best practices" guides I can point to.

In summary however, the Obama Administration and our "Intelligence" agencies are pointing to three simple things to say the "Russians" did it:

1. The most common type of cyber-attack, Spearfishing as being responsible for a massive exposure and publication of DNC emails prior to the 2016 elections.

2. Lax security of various Organizations and institutions which may/may not be affiliated with the US Government.

3. A Complete lack of security by the DNC to secure their operating systems and email server software, as suggested by the remainder of the report ("Best Practices") to secure them.

It is NOT a stretch of the imagination by any means to say some 400 pound man sitting in his bedroom in his mothers house conducted the attack, as President Elect Donald Trump jokingly claimed. The tools exist to conduct just such attacks out on the Internet for anyone who chooses to look for them. Hacking a domain, domain spoofing, email spoofing, obtaining lists of email users from email servers or unsecured Active Directory Servers is as simple as obtaining 5-7 downloadable packages from the right servers on the Internet.

Literally ANYONE including WikiLeaks (which did take responsibility....) could've conducted these attacks and obtained the DNC's emails. I could've done it if I chose to.

Yet the US Government using James Comey's FBI (which has become a laughing stock) the DNI, Homeland Security and other highly politicized intelligence organizations is claming "the Russians did it."

Simply LAUGHABLE to anyone who has an inkling of an Internet Security background.
