With Trump ascendant, will economic data/statistics become “meaningful” to the media again?

BINGO. Fraud is the new way of life.

If the businesses can’t afford to pay as much or more as the government dole we all lose.
Similar to how government help has made it impossible to work through college for most, driven up apartment rents ,raised medical care costs, ad nauseum. Government subsidies are evil.

Question: one would expect the workforce number to decrease since by now a good portion of the baby-boom generation has reached retirement age (65). That was my thought also, NonValueAdded. How much of the increase in non-workforce population is due to the changing demographics as the baby boom retires. So hard to figure out these DOL numbers.

My guess is retirement aged workers are omitted from the number as it has not been offered as an excuse. I know I must participate in the workforce until age 70. And unless I am extremely lucky, that means minimum wage service jobs.

Record 95,102,000 Americans Not in Labor Force; Number Grew 18% Since Obama Took Office in 2009 Which President Trump needs to emphasize in his inauguration speech, spelling out the true unemployment rate, how it has been lied about and promising to require that truthful data be released so the progress can be monitored during his administration.

Question: one would expect the workforce number to decrease since by now a good portion of the baby-boom generation has reached retirement age (65). Is there an upper age limit placed on the out-of-the-workforce number? I think a better set of statistics would be:
1) Percentage of men aged 22 to 65 working full time.
2) Percentage of women aged 22 to 65 working full time or part time.
3) Percentage of people aged 16 to 22 working either full or part time.
Women often choose to partially or fully exit the labor force to care for children. Most men, though, can be assumed to want full time employment between graduating school and starting retirement.
