There is another important aspect to the Clinton foundation and foreign government donations that becomes probable.

Let's say that Germany made a donation to the foundation from government funds for charitable use. The foundation is thus a cut out for stealing money when part if not all is kicked back to German officials including Merkel.

That is, the Foundation paid Netherlands Antilles based Peckenclacker Associantien Ltd 25% of the German donation/grant. That corporation was paid a fee for services by the foundation. Thus the Clinton Foundation was not only a corporate device for laundering American Politico money but German and God only knows what other money.

If you are Merkel or some other head of state and want to tap the treasury but lack the various corporations and banks to do the job, you turn to the friendly Clinton Foundation. You merely pay them a fee for shuffling the funds through their laundromat and coming out clean in pristine corporate accounts in the Netherlands Antilles and Panama.

Ironic, before I read your message, I mentioned to my wife the connection about drug smuggling and Arkansas when Clinton was governor right down to Mena airport. She was incredulous. So, in my mind, there is no doubt there is a long standing connection between the Clintons and drug smuggling.
