This murder just has to be because of their lax gun laws. /S

I’m guessing the guy who committed the murder 100 years ago wasn’t named Jayveon.

Drugs.
“Caballero’s girlfriend, Desiree Cary, was arrested Sunday evening in Barre, where Caballero lives. She appeared in court Monday, pleaded not guilty to drug charges and was released.”

The killer is probably one of the 12 minority residents in the entire state./s

Clearly not up to Chicago’s standards. I wonder if some sort of government grant will help kick-start the murder industry in Montpelier?

Here's the mugshot the police just released.

Descendent of the original founder of the city. Of Jay-A-Paco Mexico! He’s not from these parts.

OK, I’m confused without a picture.
Jayveon
Caballero
So which is he? A Jayveon, or a Caballero. Because the two don’t generally look the same.

“Ex-professional basketball player is shot dead in first murder for almost a HUNDRED YEARS in Vermont state capital Montpelier” “Caballero and Austin had been involved in an altercation outside Gustos bar in Barre earlier Sunday morning, police said. During the altercation Austin assaulted Caballero’s live-in girlfriend, witnesses said. Caballero later confronted Austin outside Austin’s apartment and shot him, police said.
Caballero’s girlfriend, Desiree Cary, was arrested Sunday evening in Barre, where Caballero lives. She was held on bail for selling crack cocaine and heroin.”

Maybe, but someone did snap a picture on their phone of a suspicious looking car with Illinois plates leaving the scene of the crime.

I can tell you are guessing, because the person who committed the previous murder was a woman who shot her husband. 8>)
So given that fact I would say your guess it accurate.

Jayveon Caballero?!?
Wow! That guy had some range!! He will be missed.
