Caroline Kennedy lost her Ambassador post in Japan when Trump took office. He sent her packing and hasn’t even bothered to name a replacement.
But according to the New York Post, she’s not done with public service. Kennedy is planning to run for the U.S. senate in 2018.
First, she’s going to be penning a memoir, but then she’ll be getting down to work. She plans to follow in the footsteps of her uncle Robert Kennedy, and run for a New York senate seat.
She plans to target the seat of Democratic Senator Kristen Gillibrand. Or she could run for Rep. Kristen Gillibrand’s House seat instead.
This is great news for progressives. Caroline Kennedy has the Kennedy name and recognition, but none of the baggage.

Kennedy has a net worth...Kennedy trust funds.
She has much of the popularity of Elizabeth Warren and Hillary Clinton among Progressives, but no baggage. So securing campaign donations won’t be a problem.
But her aspirations don’t end there. According to an unnamed source, “Caroline had a successful ambassadorial run in Japan and feels really very confident about putting her hat in the ring for a New York congressional or Senate seat, with even possibly bigger political objectives down the road”
“Down the road” could include a run for president in 2020. She would be a strong candidate to run against the Republicans.

Back eight years ago....her light was starting to shine and maybe she had some opportunities. Then, she got up to speak....yeah, you know....speak (you know)....like regular people (you know). I sat and watched some eight-minute interview when she was on the Obama list to find cabinet people. She uttered “you know” at least three times a minute, for the whole interview.
Unless she’s gone through some “you know” rehab and changed her delivery on talks....she can’t make it through a campaign without looking stupid. I don’t where she picked up the habit, but it won’t work in the real world.
Course, the Republicans are idiots in Massachusetts and tend to pick one-star pretenders....so she might have a chance if she just runs a silent-campaign.
She’s very funny, charming and smart.

I can’t, as I don’t have FB account; however, she has tried to run in N.Y. state before and quit very quickly, because she can’t manage to say a complete, coherent three word sentence. Frankly, she was laughed out of that primary try. *snicker*
If you’ve ever listened to this lady speak, it’s pure torture. She uses more vocalized pauses than Fred Barnes, and what’s more is she speaks like she’s never been past the sixth grade.
Take the time, and try reading a few paragraphs from this article. I would wager that she wrote it herself. It’s extremely poor writing.

She can’t run in Mass.; she lives in NYC, is registered to vote in NYC, isn’t even a part owner of any part of the compound in Hyannis Port, and the article CLEARLY states that she’d run for the biatch’s N.Y. SENATE SEAT, to replace chuckles Schumer’s lapdog.
And tomorrow I’m joining the Habsburg family, where I’ll be the Archduke of Brittany and the Elector of Saxony. After Queen Elizabeth II passes I’ll be asked to accept the throne of England. We will then invade Russia and I’ll be named Tsar. I’ve also got my eye on the Chinese Emperor slot. I may also accept UN Secretary General if I can find the time.
She should run for lieawatha’s MA seat.
She has ZERO personality, can’t speak in public, and the people of N.Y. rejected her the last time she tried to run for anything.

It’s N.Y. that she plans on running in.
I would love it if this speech impaired woman ran for President. She’d be worse than Hillary, and that’s saying something. She cannot say one sentence without interjecting 50 “uh’s” within it. I’d love to see her knock-off Kirsten though and take her seat in NY. That would be fun. Replace one total ignoramous with another one, but Kirsten is actually more dangerous in her votes.
