Yes, time to get rid of such acts as this that are misused all the time to further political ends instead of used as their titles would indicate. Owls and snowy plovers have put enough people and small towns into poverty.

Not just that...remember when Obama sued because Arizona dared to enforce federal immigration laws, when Obama wanted to ignore them? His argument was that he sets US law and priorities, and if he doesn't want to enforce the law, then states can't do it on their own, because it's his prerogative. Remember that?
Environmental laws are Trump's prerogative now, sucklings!
