Apparently CTR re-branded itself after the election loss.
There were rumors Hillary punched Brock the night of the election and threw the expensive champagne bottle they had for the occasion into a 100+ inch flat screen TV provided by the Saudis for the night.

So Shareblue is their vehicle for “taking back social media” FB and Twitter and influencing Congress. Their stated goal: “Under pressure from Shareblue, Democrats take more aggressive position against Trump.” Doesn’t sound like they care very much about cooperation and partnering.
David Brock’s groups that will be used to orchestrate the disruption of the Trump administration are: Media Matters, American Bridge, CREW, and Shareblue.
Soros gave Brock $40 million.
