“A Sinister Perception of Islam Now Steers the White House,” blared a Thursday headline on the front page of the New York Times. Could anyone imagine it running an equivalent headline about Obama’s White House and Christianity — “A Sinister Perception of Catholicism Now Steers the White House”? Later, the paper changed “sinister perception” to “dark view of Islam.”
Whether or not leading imams hold a “sinister perception” of the West never figures into the story. Not a single one of their open declarations of jihad is quoted in the article. How Muslims define their own religion is of no interest to the Times. That would complicate the story too much. Readers might discover that Trump and Stephen Bannon are simply taking the authoritative definers of Islam at their word.

The story also informs readers that the Muslim Brotherhood is “largely nonviolent,” another whopper. The point of the story is that the Trump administration is pulling the plug on the official Islamophilia of the last administration, which the Times seems to think went swimmingly. Remember the glory days when Obama was inviting the Muslim Brotherhood to his speeches, his attorney general was banning any mention of Islamic terrorism, and his CIA director was sanitizing jihad as a “legitimate tenet of Islam”? Apparently, we’re supposed to tremble at the thought that this period has passed.
The Times devotes half of a page to a tremulously assembled collection of quotes from Stephen Bannon on his “war with radical Islam.” The quotes aren’t sinister but blameless. They are proof, if anything, that the White House is finally in the hands of people who refuse to serve as useful idiots for America’s enemies.

A fear of Islam is nothing more then taking them at their word and reviewing over 1400 years of history. One cannot reason with a theocracy that in their first words say they want to kill you. Eradication is the only answer.
Sinister comes from a Latin word meaning “on the left side, unlucky, inauspicious.” Although it is commonly used today in the sense “evil” (“a sinister cult leader”; “a sinister plot”), it may also suggest an ominous foreshadowing of some unfavorable turn of events (“a sinister omen”).
Would putting MB on the terrorism list require an act of congress or would it only need an EO?
I would also make MB a terrorist group retroactive to 2016 if possible. Add Soros and his groups to the list as well.

I used the term eradicated in my original post for a reason. You provided the context in a way I could not.
As previously noted, I used the term "eradicate" for a very specific reason.
Same here. Oddly, many on the "left" which is where I place Democrats as being support him also.
I have friends that profess to be Democrats but speak entirely different than the Democrats in Washington DC and our "elected leaders" do. My friends who are democrats are worried about the borders, national security, the economy and yes, radical islam. They've paid attention to the number of islamic terrorist attacks on our own soil post 9-11. Fort Hood being the one they all seem to remember the most vividly.
No one in their right mind wants to see another terrorist attack on our own soil. That is why so many support Trump on this issue, whether or not they voted for him. They "get it." Period. Full Stop.
As for our "elected leaders" I loathe that term with every fiber of my being. They are not our "leaders" .... they were elected to carry out the will of the American People. They, the political elites haven't done that in my mind since Reagan. If Trump doesn't "drain the swamp" and if we don't help him do just that in 2018 and 2020 then shame on us. This is our last, best chance to save this nation. Anyone who doesn't think the left is gearing up for all out war (civil, economic, legislative, culturally) at this moment is a FOOL. Period. Full Stop.
One last comment: When our elected representatives and the lying liberal lamestream media refer themselves as our "elected leaders" or "our leaders" they do nothing more than demonstrate exactly why I say we live under a Tyranny.
The media is nothing more than a propaganda tool of the progressive left. Their political affiliations and heavily biased reporting proves that. IronJack captured my complete, total disdain for everything and everyone in the media than I ever could. Eradicate them first and then we'll be on our way to restoring our God given, Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms and end the Legislative, Executive and Judicial TYRANNY we live under today. A Tyranny we've lived under for DECADES and one man, President Donald J. Trump isn't going to be able to do this alone even through sheer force of will and personality.
While not perfect (what President is??) President Donald J. Trump is doing EXACTLY what we elected him to do. It's high time WE got in the faces of the lying, liberal lamestream media on a daily basis and forced them to tell the truth. We should be disrupting each and every broadcast. Hijacking and correcting their "messaging" and holding them accountable for every DAMN' LIE they tell. Under penalty of ERADICATION.
