There must be some non-Muslim majority countries that fail to cooperate with adequate background checks etc... I suggest adding them to the next EO. Venezuela?

Tbe majority probably would agree with the three, but I don’t think this ONE just requesting the full court review has this in mind. I think the three judge panel that ruled against Trump, and they’re reasoning actually bothered this one judge.

But Trump should proceed with the new EO as I’ve heard this is what they’re planning and not get sucked into this mess on the 9th.
Also, please let them proceed with the legislation to break up the 9th.
