“You can’t professionalize unless you Federalize.”.........Tom Daschle on creation of the TSA while he was Majority Leader...........
Just eliminate the TSA altogether. They detect only single digit percentages of illegal items. There will be an improved travel experience and decreased federal deficit.
Give this over to EX_MILITARY!!!
I pity the fool that bypassed security and now has to answer to us!!!
The Theatre was just between Acts.
From the Washington Times:
“A review of the surveillance footage showed that three people set off metal detectors but proceeded through security without question, NBC reported.”

If it happens at JFK, it’ll happen all over the country. We are sooooo srewed.
Who cares, we are so used to it by now. Not to worry — Islam is a ROP.
Soooo...the media’s concerned about people breaching this wall?
fire all and hand it over to ex-millitary.
Of course, the area wasn’t left unattended on purpose, huh?
...and no planes were hijacked, no skyscrapers struck.
Nothing to see here.
TSA was so bad it replaced by a private security firm at Orlando-Sanford Airport. Now much better.
“Nearly a dozen people bypassed security at John F. Kennedy international airport Monday morning.”
Well, what did they look like?
I’m with you. Until proven otherwise, yes it was.
Proper security protocol is to TOTALLY SHUT DOWN the terminal and RE-SCREEN E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y!
Extreme? Yes.
But if the idea of security and a secure area is legitimate, once even one person (much less ELEVEN!) enter without any screening for prohibited items, there is no longer security, even if they are identified and brought back for screening or expulsion, you do not know who they came in contact with or what they left behind.
Anything less than complete shutdown and re-screening exposes the TSA and airport security as nothing more than a dog and pony show by an organization on a power trip.
Nearly a dozen people bypassed security kaboom to ensue.
Kabuki Security is a great term for this that I learned early on from Jerry Pournelle. This isn’t security, this is security theater.
“When they were finally notified, Port Authority cops flooded the terminal equipped with surveillance photos of the travelers, but none of them could be found, the sources said.”
Two hours after the incident occurred within the airport, in which passengers were not screened, where exactly did they expect the air travelers to be found? Check for any outbound flights???
