Head/face/neck tattoos often indicate MS-13 gang members in the US and Mexico - and I can see some signs off tattoos but it almost looks like they were photo-shopped out?
An aside: For the BLM/anti-LEO types, the simple fact that perps like this are not killed in one way or another by LEOS on the site where a brother officer has been murdered is strong testimony to the restraint and professionalism of our boys in blue. Not always true but true in innumerable cases I've read of .. Just sayin'.
