We usually associate aging with the acquisition of wisdom, but I have to say she's as dumb as a box of rocks.
She cites the Watergate scandal as evidence for the need for a free press. Notice the most recent example she can provide happened 45 years ago. A lot has changed since then in the media with the advent of cable news channels, their need for 24/7 programming and the politicization of everything in the DC bubble.
I don't think anybody is denying the right to a free press in the US. What they object to is the press being overtly biased and spinning stories to meet their agenda narratives instead of just reporting the facts.

Well, I was assuming that Justice Scalia’s replacement, the erstwhile Justice Gorsuch, would be in situ before Ginsburg finally strokes out. That wouldd make it 5 to 3 until her replacement, someone who is a constructionist and AWAKE, would then make it 6 to 3.
I see, within Trump’s presidency, a third nomination that would place us in good standing at 7 to 2.
I doubt if this LIB loser can be alert enough to read and comprehend anything.

She should be thanked for her service, given whatever trinket they give retired justices, and allowed to sleep sitting up until she crosses over.
