If that were not the case, they'd have first had a bunch of Congress critters making little speeches about how great it is to build it up and try and head off opposition.
You can always count on the Ryan RINO machine to help Barry.
JMHo
123 pages instead of over 2,000... I like it better already.
I think this has Ryan written all over it.
People cab now go back to a 40 hour week and quit their damn second job.
What's with contraceptives and abortion under this law.
It’s a POS. Government is still in control. After 8 years, this is what these jackasses come up with? #pathetic
No, I think this is a good release. It’s gotta get thru the Senate so there are features in this that can be horsetraded to pass.
We don’t have an Obama-2009 magnitude majority. Merely a majority so you lose a Senator here and there, you won’t pass it. There is enough stuff in this bill to horsetrade away and get it passed.
Does it allow for insurance companies to compete across state lines?
Exactly. It’s a huge improvement
“No, I think this is a good release.”
Anything at this point is a good start. What I would really like to see is some specific criticisms by other Freepers instead of a general “this sucks” before they even read it.
I hope they took the mandate away.
So much for the Supreme Court and it’s ruling in all this. It should have never even gone there.
Betsy McCaughey was just on Lou DObbs and said Trump should be happy... she is any expert on obamacare
But they still have to make the sausage
Read the bill. It's only 123 pages instead of 2000!!!
Good, at least there can now be multiple fronts and more than one front against those goofs in Washington right now.
Well, it appears that non-citizens are not eligible for benefits. That should get the liberals pissed.
I suggest you let the horses think, they have larger heads.
It doesn’t repeal the ACA. Period.
This some odd 100 pages repeals some parts amends others parts of the 2700 page ACA and its 20,000 pages of subsequent regulations.
The brief summary doesn’t sound that bad. It gets rid of the mandates and taxes, which means there will be competition. I’m okay with people getting help with paying for insurance, as long as no one is forced to buy it and nobody is told what to include in the policies.
