Seriously? Who do you think pays for high-risk pools?
They're always subsidized by the taxpayer.
If the costs of providing coverage are included in our insurance premiums we can at least see what that cost is. Otherwise it just gets buried in general tax expenditures.
Get them out of our pools— General revenues to the extent of absolute NEED otherwise you pay the premium in full!! ITS NOT MY BURDEN YOU ARE SICK!! That is the way it was and that is the way it will be. Don’t have a fire at your house and drive my premiums up by signing up after the fire!! Are you NUTS ??
Hell NO you don’t buy insurance after the fire. I fully support government supplement IF THEY CANT AFFORD it but don’t let them in my pool!!
