Why don't we just amend the Constitution to take away Mark's money?

What a fool he is - nobody has a "right" to something which must be generated and provided by others. If our economy were to fail would doctors and nurses have to work without compensation so that the rest of us could have "healthcare"?

Liberals have been trying to get the so-called “Equal Rights Amendment” ratified since 1972. In spite of trying to rig passage by extending the stipulated time period for ratification they have been unsuccessful.

The problem is what does health care mean. To most liberals it means medically aborting a healthy unborn baby. It also means performing gender reassignment surgery to a healthy person. It means medically killing the elderly as they are a burden on taxpayers.

They want these things to become part of the Constitution so that they can mandate them and use other people's money to pay for these things.
