A teenage boy was told by school leaders that he had to “tolerate” undressing in front of a female student and to make it as “natural” as possible, according to a blockbuster lawsuit filed in a Pennsylvania federal district court.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday by Alliance Defending Freedom and Independence Law Center, alleges the Boyertown Area School District shamed the teenage boy and violated his personal privacy. They are also alleging sexual harassment.
“No school should rob any student of this legally protected personal privacy,” ILC attorney Randall Wenger said. “We trust that our children won’t be forced into emotionally vulnerable situations like this when they are in the care of our schools because it’s a school’s duty to protect and respect the bodily privacy and dignity of all students.”
In the case of “Joel Doe” – they clearly ignored that duty.

I’m a 54 year old woman, but I certainly remember teenage boys and their physical reactions.
Whoever made these decisions was a complete moron.

Clearly the school identifies the offending student as a girl, too...as she is biologically....thus - not a “transgender”-anything.
Any objection to this makes you a bully and intolerant. Well, who the heck cares?
These school administrations are predatory and should be dealt with accordingly.

We come into this world with certain instincts and the horrible pieces of humanity running schools where this is condoned are going directly in opposition to normal human instinct. We all know those who think that this is OK are in a gross minority in this country. Pick any nationality and you will find that most teens do not want to undress in front of the opposite sex and, yes, their instinct tells them which sex is opposite. Good and evil is on display here. Watch Dr. Phil’s program about “Kendall,” the girl whose parents sold her at birth to a powerful sex trafficker and you will sense the connection to this story forcing children to become inoculated to their natural modesty and feelings of shame as a part of required education. And, we know this has been going on for a long time, beginning in kindergarten, as little ones are presented with material too sexually advanced for their innocent minds to take in at that age. It activates centers in the brain not ready for shock and awe and probably damages normal child development, just as the forced undressing in the presence of the opposite sex does. Can you imagine the overweight teen of either sex having to do this? Can you imagine the anxiety and shame they feel, even having to undress in the presence of the same sex? This is a moral crime and do not tolerate it, parents. You have power. Go to those schools and let them know how angry you are about this. Do not trust their grooming of your child to accept any and every kind of perversity out there. Those things destroy humanity. Please recognize that and rise up against this.
These school “leaders” need to be horse whipped in the public square.
And next year they will teach the teenagers to participate in homosexual sex-to make it natural—es verdad they’ve been doing that in our schools for over a decade now.
Maybe it's me or may be the whole thing could have been written better, but I find it confusing.
When they start talking about "identifying", "physical sex not mattering" and being "as natural as possible", I get lost.

The liberal world has worked very hard at destroying the male/female/offspring family unit. Next they want us all to act like animals. No family units + no personal modesty = easier to subjugate.
I agree with you in that there is a double standard, but not in the case of transgender rights. If a boy feels like a girl, the schools are mandated to allow him into the girls’ locker room.
In today’s liberal world view, only the feelings of transgender people are important and society has decreed that everyone else should ‘park’ their feelings and just go along with it.
I hope I live ling enough to see this type of nonsense thrown out the door.

“Educators” are nothing of the sort. We can skip for the moment how public schools turn out illiterate morons with no useful job or life skills.
Too many schools have been busy for years installing a very expensive heirarchy of administrators to their ranks. To what benefit? Most school districts today require a separate building just to house their admin staff.
I’ve seen school superintendents who “work” a number of years with the sole purpose of moving up to a bigger, and richer job. The kids don’t come out any better educated but the administrators do come out wealthier.
Local school board control needs to return, with a vengence.
