Thomas has said that he has no intention of dying while in the SC. He wants to retire and I believe that he will do it while there is a good likelihood of his replacement being a constitutionalist.
There is a Mark Taylor prophecy that says five -— one by death (Scalia), 2 by retirement, and 2 because of scandal. We shall see. That last idea is intriguing to me. Don’t have a clue what scandal it could be. Any ideas out there?

To me a lot of illogical rulings. It’s probably my imagination but it seemed like some external pressure was exerted. We live in the days of the conspiracy.
