I would get attached. So neighbors of ours got some cabs and they were going to sell them after a year. This was two years ago and they still have them…
What we thought about doing was buying a cow from my neighbor. He has black Anguses. (Black angi?). That way we won’t know which one it was.

Well, from what I’ve heard from friends and read, the steps along the way (steroid shots, gel injections) are just prolonging the inevitable. Best to get on with the surgery and recovery sooner rather than postponing it with the other (ineffective) steps.
Everything is an effort when your knees hurt, for sure. I avoid the grocery store, and every other store. Can’t garden, can barely walk out to the sheep barn with my grandkids, etc. It’s not fun. I also avoided seeing the doctor until I had to. It first started hurting about 3 years ago.
Got some news. I’ve had really awful acid reflux for the past two years. Prescription drugs aren’t working and doctor wants to do surgery. Undergoing testing to determine if I will be a candidate- As I understand it, my esophagus and damage to it will determine if surgery will work. Hoping for a positive outcome am tired of being sick all the time. Prayers appreciated for next week as I under go the testing. Thanks everybody. God Bless.

Thank you. I had read about turmeric before but had forgotten. Am putting it on my list and will definitely try it.
Blah, doctor just called to say my sugar is high. Knew it would be so it’s back to low carb again. She was doubtful I could get the count down with dieting but I know I can. Maybe add some turmeric curry dishes (without the rice!) to the meal plan.
Hubby walked in looking for lunch and isn’t happy. I just gave the dogs the potatoes I was nuking and the leftover pinto beans and the last flour tortilla. It’ll be fajita meat salad tonight. The neighbor will be getting the rest of the bag of potatoes.
