Things will never change until someone is arrested for these treasonous actions.

Arrested?

Even then nothing'll change — it's probably not going to until politicians get hanged by the neck until dead.
(And I believe there's been plenty of literal Treason committed by our "elite" to absolutely gut both our political and bureaucratic classes.)

Will somebody tell me exactly what is the treason that Trump is supposed to have committed?

I honestly have no idea. — But a lot of people throw that word ('treason') around without solidly grounding it in the Constitution, which any such charge should be grounded in as that's where it is legally defined.

(I've written up a paper that I think pretty well proves that the previous Senate (save two) committed Treason; this includes Sessions. [Link])

They get their news from Facebook.
So many Delusionals...and they vote.
People who shop at Trader Joe’s still read the NYT and think Dukakis was “cool”.
GAWD! Massholes, in general have the collective I.Q. of a gnat.

The move would violate the policies of an agency that does not reveal its investigations or do anything that may influence an election. But Mr. Comey had declared the case closed, and he believed he was obligated to tell Congress that had changed.

Comey's fundamental error was in announcing a conclusion back in the summer. He should have followed policy and said nothing. Once he made that (presumably honest) error, he had an absolute moral obligation to announce any changes in that status. It's sad that the FBI got involved, even though that serious error in the summer may have prevented or at least delayed a second civil war in the United States.

But with polls showing Mrs. Clinton holding a comfortable lead, Mr. Comey ended up plunging the F.B.I. into the molten center of a bitter election.

Hey man, immortal sentences like the above don’t just write themselves.

Will read. FYI, spoke to someone who has met Comey and many agents. This person said Comey was most approachable and direct of all recent directors.

Interesting paragraph from the article:

The Times found that this go-it-alone strategy was shaped by his distrust of senior officials at the Justice Department, who he and other F.B.I. officials felt had provided Mrs. Clinton with political cover. The distrust extended to his boss, Loretta E. Lynch, the attorney general, who Mr. Comey believed had subtly helped play down the Clinton investigation.

One thing the radical left is good at is projecting their own crimes and faults by blaming others of them. This is no exception.

All the puke Comey was doing was trying to save his political position since the ‘intent’ crap sandwich he sold to some folks.

That no good dual faced LIAR Comey needs to be finished. FUJC

This is why he said, after all evidence to the contrary, that “no reasonable prosecutor” would indict Clinton. He had to tell the truth about what she did, since it would have become known eventually anyway, but he wanted to give Lynch a way out. He was playing both sides.
